“To the Library and Beyond!”

The Sidney Public Library will be offering the following activities that correspond with the Summer Reading Program  – “Every Hero Has a Story” – for the week of June 8 through the 12.

  1. TUESDAY, JUNE 9 – “Lunch at Super Reader Park” – All Ages – 12:00 – Bring a sack lunch and listen to stories.  Center #1 – “Kid Heroes in History” – All Ages – 2:00 to 3:00.
  2. WEDNESDAY, JUNE 10 – “Toddler Titans” – Ages 2 & 3 – 10:30 – Story and fingerplays.  “Super Hero Academy” – All Ages – 2:00 to 3:00.
  3. THURSDAY, JUNE 11 – “Animal Heroes” – PS(Age 3) – 1st Grade – Two Sessions – 10:00 & 11:15 – Story about heroic animals and craft.  “Super Hero Academy” – All Ages – 2:00 to 3:00.  (REGISTRATION FOR “ANIMAL HEROES” IS REQUESTED.)

 Local artist, Cindi Egging, will be teaching the art of “Zentangles”!

Come join in the fun! Learn this unique and fun way to bring out your creative side.
