Motion to excuse Jane Holechek was made by Steven DeWitt, seconded by Shannon Smelley.  

Meeting called to order at: 3:59pm

Affidavit of Publication in the Sidney Sun Telegraph, Posted at Sidney Public Library, Sidney City Offices, and Sidney Post Office.
Acknowledgement of Open Meetings Act

Friends Report given by:   N/A

Approval of Minutes: Shannon Smelley motioned to approve the minutes of the June 10th 2024 meeting, seconded by Marva Ellwanger.
     APPROVED: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion to approve the bills for June 2024 was made by Steven DeWitt, seconded to Shannon Smelley.


     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business:

Tanya Lewis will be emailed the minutes from January 2024 in order to be added to the bank account.

New Business:

A motion to close the library on July 27th, 2024 for the Summer Reading Wrap-up Party, and to closed August 5th through August 9th for inventory was made by Shannon Smelley and seconded by Steven DeWitt.
