Absent: Tanya Lewis

Motion to excuse Tanya Lewis was made by Shannon Smelley, seconded by Jane Holechek.  

Meeting called to order at: 4:02pm

Affidavit of Publication in the Sidney Sun Telegraph, Posted at Sidney Public Library, Sidney City Offices, and Sidney Post Office.
Acknowledgement of Open Meetings Act

Friends Report given by:   N/A

Approval of Minutes: Jane Holechek motioned to approve, seconded by Shannon Smelley
     APPROVED: ALL, except Marva Ellwanger, who abstained

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion to approve the bills for April 2024 was made by Shannon, seconded by Jane Holechek.

     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business:

Naomi will email the grievance policy to each board member, to go along with the grievance form already sent by email.

New Business:

            None 

Board went into closed session at 4:19pm
