A motion was made by Tanya to excuse Shannon Smelley from the Board Meeting.

Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Steve to approve the minutes of the January 9, 2023 meeting. The motion was seconded by Tanya.

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion was made by Tanya to approve the Bills for January 2022. The motion was seconded by Jen.
APPROVED: ALL
Old Business:
- Amanda submitted the Bibliostat Survey.
- The Seed Library has 150 varieties of seeds.
- 35 people are registered in the Winter Reading Program.
