Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Jen to approve
the minutes of the November 12, 2019 meeting.

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion was made by Jane to approve the bills for the November
12, meeting. The motion was seconded by Jen.

- Restroom floors and repair of ceiling in staff restroom was discussed.
- A motion was made by Kim to close the
library at 5:00 pm on December 31, 2019. The motion was seconded by Jane.
APPROVED: All - A motion was made by Jane to go into closed session at 4:25 for personnel matters. The motion was seconded by Jen.
