Beginning Wednesday, September 9 the Sidney Public Library will be again be offering Toddler Tales for children 2 & 3 at 10:15. Storytime for children 4 & 5 will begin Thursday, September 10 also at 10:15. Both sessions feature story, fingerplays, and giggles!
