The bookmobile is a mobile extension of the library which allows us to get materials to our patrons who may not make it to Sidney that often. We offer all of the same materials as the library does, minus movies.
Our stops include daycares, preschools and nursing homes in Sidney; the schools in Chappell, Dix and Potter, and the Post Offices in Dalton, Gurley, Lodgepole, and Potter. Our goal is to include more stops in the future.
Homebound Delivery Service
Do you love to read but can no longer get to the library? The Sidney Public Library offers a free personal book delivery service to patrons living in the city limits of Sidney. You can call and talk to any of the library staff and ask them for assistance in choosing books, books on CD and DVDs. Just remember you must have a library card to take advantage of this service.
