Board Members Present: Shannon Smelley, Jane Holechek, Marva Ellwanger, Tanya Lewis, Steven DeWitt

Also Present: Amanda Eastin, Naomi Young

Absent: None

Meeting called to order at: 4:00pm

Affidavit of Publication in the Sidney Sun Telegraph, Posted at Sidney Public Library, Sidney City Offices, and Sidney Post Office.
Acknowledgement of Open Meetings Act

Friends Report given by:   N/A

Approval of Minutes: Steven DeWitt made a motion to approve the minutes from the July 8^th, 2024 meeting, Shannon Smelley seconded the motion.
     APPROVED: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion to approve the bills for July 2024 was made by Shannon Smelley, seconded by Marva Ellwanger.

     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business:

Tanya Lewis will take the meeting minutes from January to the bank to be added to the account. 

New Business:

Amanda requested going into closed session, Tanya Lewis confirmed they also needed to go to closed session. Jane made a motion to go into closed session, Steven seconded the motion.

Approval of Minutes:  A motion was made by Shannon Smelley to approve the minutes of the July 8th, 2024 meeting. The motion was seconded by Steven DeWitt.
  Approved: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills:  Jane Holechek made a motion to approve the bills from July 2024, Shannon Smelley seconded the motion.
Approved: All

Old Business: Tanya mentioned getting the minutes from Naomi from the January meeting so she can get herself added to the bank account.
