Motion to excuse Steven and Marva was made by Shannon, seconded by Jane, agreed by all, opposed by none.
Meeting called to order at: 5:30pm
Affidavit of Publication in the Sidney Sun Telegraph, Posted at Sidney Public Library, Sidney City Offices, and Sidney Post Office.

Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Shannon Smelley to approve the minutes of the March 11th, 2024 meeting, with corrections. The motion was seconded by Jane Holechek.

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion to approve the bills for March 2024 was made by Shannon, seconded by Jane Holechek.

- Naomi will email a copy of the revised grievance forms to each board member so they have a copy.
