Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Steven DeWitt to approve the minutes of the December 11, 2023 meeting, with corrections. The motion was seconded by Shannon Smelley.

Financial Reports and Bills: A motion was made by Tanya Lewis to approve the bills for December 2023. The motion was seconded by Steven DeWitt.

Director’s Report
Graduate school update
Proposed having a social media safety class on or around February 21st
4-H Extension Office no longer putting money/resources into Makerspaces. Jamie Bright is confirming what will happen when equipment no longer works, such as VR headsets- purchased two new headsets from Techsoup.
C.A. tory Foundation Donation (will deposit into Foundation Account)
Naomi Young started work today
