Meeting called to order at: 4:00 pm.

Friends Report given by:  N/A

Approval of Minutes:  A motion was made by Shannon to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2022 meeting.  The motion was seconded by Sandy.
     APPROVED: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills:  A motion was made by Tanya to approve the Bills for November 2022.  The motion was seconded by Jen. 
     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business:

  • Jane contacted the Nebraska Library Commission and was given the information regarding the Board Bylaws.
  • Eileen and Amanda decorated the maid’s room at the Post Commanders Home.
  • The Open House will be held December 15 from 9-6.  Live music will be from 4-6pm.
  • The Board members will provide lunch for the staff on December 15.

New Business: 

  • Sandy White was presented a gift for her many years of service on the Board/Foundation.
  • State Poet Matt Mason will be here January 12, 2023 at 6:00pm.
  • A motion was made by Sandy to go into closed session for Personnel discussion at 4:13pm. The motion was seconded by Shannon.
