Also Present: Sandy Nelson, Eileen Nightingale and Autumn Ramirez.      

    Absent: Tanya Lewis, Jane Holechek, Stephanie Mika  

Meeting called to order at: 4:00 pm.
Friends Report given by: Eileen

  • The FOSPL meeting will be Monday May 16.

Approval of Minutes:  A motion was made by Sandy to approve the minutes of the April 11, 2022 meeting.  The motion was seconded by Shannon.
     APPROVED: ALL

Financial Reports and Bills:  A motion was made by Sandy to approve the Bills for April, 2022.  The motion was seconded by Shannon. 
     APPROVED: ALL

Old Business: 

  • Discussion was held about the hours needed for the Board certification.

New Business: 

  • Sandy Nelson discussed Girls Day Out incorrect info on fliers.
  • Bookmobile is ready to start going out in June.
  • Julie is working on classes for certification. 
  • Eileen reported that the magic show will be June 24th at 4:00.  Sandy White made a motion to close early so the staff can attend the program.  The motion was seconded by Shannon.

APPROVED: ALL

  • Eileen informed the board that the Annual Meeting will be held July 19.  Sandy White made a motion to close Tuesday July 19 so the staff can attend the annual meeting.  The motion was seconded by Shannon.

APPROVED: All
A motion was made by Shannon to go into closed session for Personnel matters at 4:10. The motion was seconded by Sandy.
