Meeting called to order at: 4:00 pm.

- August book drive is underway
- Usborne Fundraiser (cards)
- September is National Library Card sign up month with kindergarten classes
- Next meeting is September 20, 2021 at 6:00pm
Approval of Minutes: A motion was made by Shannon to approve the minutes of the July 12, 2021 meeting as corrected. The motion was seconded by Sandy.
APPROVED: ALL
Financial Reports and Bills: A motion was made by Jane to approve the Bills for July 2021. The motion was seconded by Shannon.
APPROVED: ALL
Old Business:
- Summer Reading Program had a 40% completion
New Business:
- A motion was made by Sandy to accept the resignation of Chandra Weigle as Board President.
APPROVED: ALL
A motion was made by Jane to go into closed session for Personnel matters at 4:18. The motion was seconded by Sandy
